Welcome to GALA, The Georgian Alumnae Association

Since GALA (the Georgian Alumnae Association) was set up in 2008, lots of you have got back in touch with us and with each other. If there is an old school friend that you would like to contact, then do email me - Sue van der Veen - at alumnae@stgeorges-ascot.org.uk and I'll see if I can help you. If you haven't received any mailings from school over the last three years, that means that we don't have your current postal address. Do let us know your whereabouts.

We hope, too, that you will come back and see us at St George's. Over the past four years we have held many lively, and very well-attended, reunions; you can see some photos on the alumnae pages of the website*.

Future Reunions

Plans for 2012 will be finalised by the end of January; they will proably include a lunch and a dinner, but details will be sent out with the next issue of SnapDragon, due to be mailed to you by the end of January. (For those who live overseas it will be available as a pdf in the alumnae area of the school website*.)

We're very grateful to everyone who has provided photos of the school over the years; many have told me how much they enjoy looking at them, so if you have some that you could either send us or scan in, please do so! If you send originals that you would like to have returned, we'll be very careful with them.
