The Careers Library

Up-to-date information on over 80,000 undergraduate courses offered at 123 UK universities is available in prospectuses and reference manuals, and also on various CD-Roms (eg ECCTIS) which are regularly updated.

The Careers Library, situated beyond the Reference Library above the Music School, also carries information about careers, holiday courses, sponsorship and GAP year activities.  Three 5th year girls help the Careers Adviser to keep all this information up to date.

The Internet

Increasingly, information is becoming available on the Internet. The department has computer access to the Internet via the school network.  In particular, girls are recommended to use the Fast Tomato website.
