Independent School Awards

We were delighted to hear that the Governors at St George's, Ascot have been nominated for an Independent School Award 2011 in the 'Outstanding Governing Body of the Year' category.

The Governors, led by Chairman Mr Edward Luker, play a hugely important role at St George's and we are very proud that they have been recognised in this way.

This year's national awards will be held on Wednesday 16th November at the National Motorcycle Museum, near Birmingham. Former Olympic athlete Roger Black MBE will present the awards and give the after dinner speech.
