St George’s Head of MFL, Elodie Pierre, selected to be a Google for Education Certified Trainer

We are delighted to announce that Head of MFL, Elodie Pierre has been successful in her application to become a Google for Education Certified Trainer.

Lauded for her experience and passion for the training process, we look forward to seeing Miss Pierre use the resources at her disposal to further develop our use of the Google Suite for education at SGA. 

Whilst St George’s had successfully introduced Google chromebooks prior to the pandemic, it was during the Covid season that staff and pupils alike truly understood the benefit of functioning on such a flexible, virtual platform. Google is now embedded in St George’s life. Miss Pierre’s selection as a certified Google trainer, will ensure that all staff are prepared to the highest standard and understand how to maximise the use of the Google classroom within their teaching.
