Jeremy Hoar graduated from Hull University and completed a PGCE at West Sussex Institute of Higher Education (now Chichester University). He joined St George’s in 2017 from Farnborough Hill, a Catholic girls’ school in North Hampshire, where he worked for 10 years as Head of History, EPQ Coordinator, Head of Careers and then Assistant Head with responsibility for a wide range of areas within the academic life of the School including the use of ICT to support teaching and learning across the school.
