Welcome

Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make.

Finding a school where your child will be happy, supported and inspired to fulfil their potential requires careful consideration. At St George’s, we understand how important this journey is, and our experienced Admissions Team is here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Whether you are exploring senior school, Sixth Form, day or boarding options, we will take the time to understand your child as an individual, answer your questions and help you discover whether St George’s is the right fit for your family.

Our Admissions Team

  • Mrs Karen Semple – Director of Admissions
  • Mrs Helen Griffin-Sadler – Admissions Officer

Each year, pupils join St George’s and become part of a warm, ambitious and welcoming community where every individual is known and valued. Through exceptional teaching, outstanding pastoral care and a wealth of opportunities beyond the classroom, our pupils develop the confidence, character and skills to thrive both at school and beyond.

As we begin an exciting new chapter and prepare to welcome boys and girls into Years 7 and 9 from September 2027, our commitment remains unchanged: to provide a deeply personal education that helps every child discover their strengths, pursue their passions and step confidently into their future.

While our website offers a wealth of information, nothing compares to experiencing St George’s in person. We warmly invite you to visit, meet our pupils and staff, and hear directly from our Head, Hannah Fox, about the exciting opportunities ahead.

We look forward to welcoming you and your family to St George’s.
