New from September 2026

Year 11 and Sixth Form day pupils will have the option to book a complimentary one night SGA Stayover each week, included within their fees. Whether staying for supervised prep, evening rehearsals, early training, fixtures, study commitments or simply when family schedules demand flexibility, pupils can enjoy the benefits of boarding life including supper, overnight accommodation and breakfast, at no additional cost.

Extra Information
Digital Learning Devices

Digital learning is fully integrated into the St George’s Ascot educational experience and every pupil in Years 7 - 11 is issued with a school-managed Chromebook. All that we require is for you to pay the insurance and to purchase a protective case, which we will provide. Sixth Form pupils are expected to use their own laptop for their learning. They should provide any suitable laptop which best meets their educational requirements. This helps prepare our pupils for university and their future careers.

Devices are centrally managed and supported by our IT team, ensuring a secure, consistent and fully supported learning environment for all pupils. This approach allows every girl to benefit equally from our digital platforms, classroom technology and IT support as part of the inclusive experience reflected within our school fees.

The School provides technical support and routine maintenance for all school devices. However, families may be charged for repair or replacement where damage, loss or misuse occurs. Full details are outlined in the school’s ICT Acceptable Use Policy.  

Optional Expenses

Other optional additional expenses will be at the discretion of the parents. These include items such as music lessons, specific learning tuition, English as an additional language, trips to concerts or the theatre, outdoor expeditions and societies and clubs and private daily/weekly transport.
